Truly one of my favorite days of the year - a room filled with artists, storytellers, producers, directors, performers, and theater lovers all coming together to celebrate the very best of the Broadway and Off-Broadway season.
There’s nothing quite like the energy of the New York theater community…

When I attended opening night of @catsjellicleball - I couldn’t stop thinking about the deep connection this show has to the LGBTQ+ community.
So many of the dancers and performers who helped define CATS in the early ’80s were lost far too soon to the AIDS epidemic. Their artistry, spirit, and impact still echo through @andrewlloydwebber 's musical.
In many ways - this company is carrying the torch for them - honoring that legacy with every dip, spin, beat, and LEWK. ❤️
...AND when performer @_robertsilkmason_ — who plays "Mr. Mistoffelees" — reflected on what that history means to them… emotions took over.
A beautiful reminder that theater isn’t just entertainment. It’s remembrance. It’s community. It’s legacy.
