Curated by @michaela_perau , “Inner Worlds, Inner Spaces” was shown at the @fcc.paris during Paris Photo Week, a gallery space dedicated to coffee, art, and discovery.
In an oversaturated world, Perau’s exhibit asked a simple question: What do artists photograph when no one is asking them to? The exhibition is an intimate look at contemporary photography and film that steps outside industry frames and speaks with sincerity to artistic practice. Through prints and film projections, the exhibition reveals the inner worlds, early images, recurring subjects, and quiet obsessions that shape each artist at their core.

@hypeform : @fcc.paris , short for ‘Flaneur Coffee Club’ or ‘Flaneur Contemporary Collections,’ has opened in Paris as a cultural hub that blurs the lines between coffee, art, fashion, and music. Beyond serving speciality coffee, the space hosts exhibitions, album launches, brand showcases, and intimate gatherings, offering a platform for cultural exchange.
At its heart lies ‘The Chapel,’ a capsule-like installation inspired by James Turrell’s light and spatial explorations. It doubles as a gallery, a stage for immersive tasting experiences, and an experiential canvas for brands.
We spoke with co-founder Ahmed Kamel, who says, “I’ve always felt grounded between worlds, shaped by the cultural rhythm of the Middle East and the creative pulse of Europe.” Our conversation explored FCC and his latest projects, showing how the space brings together a diverse, connected community💙
