After attending Wine Paris on the first day, I must admit that I was both impressed and fascinated.
The scale of the trade fair, the organization, the quality, the number of representatives across all sectors… truly impressive.
In the hall dedicated to Champagne, I was delighted to reconnect with the houses @champagnepannier and @champagnelombard ; to greet @champagneboizel ; and to discuss activity on the German market with @champagnejosephperrier , @champagnevirginiet , @champagnehenriot …
Along the way, I tasted some real gem cuvées: vintage, rosé, blanc de blancs…
