It's official. I'm speaking at #Consensus2026 by @coindesk May 5–7 in Miami. THEE world’s largest #web3 #crypto #digitalassets conference! I'll be on the Frontier Stage on May 7 at 4:00pm for "The States' Approach to Regulating Crypto" alongside some of the sharpest minds in digital asset policy. New York has been regulating crypto since 2015 before most states knew what a stablecoin was. The BitLicense, the DFS framework, the first regulated stablecoin approvals all before Congress acted. That's not over-regulation. That's leadership. But frameworks alone don't build industries. People do.
