FIBREFAST X TEXCO // From Painted Panels to Fibrefast
Our first of two Fibrefast product allocations has been awarded to @texcoconstruction for their upcoming project at Smeaton Grange Logistics Hub. Originally calling for on-site painted fibre cement panels, Fibrefast will now be used to deliver an efficient, consistent and lower-risk solution while maintaining a high-quality architectural finish.
This industrial development will showcase Fibrefast across Stage 1 of the project, with two additional buildings planned in future stages. We’re excited to see Fibrefast being adopted in a real-world application where speed of installation, quality control and long-term performance are key priorities, and look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.

This project showcases Vitradual cladding wrapping the entire façade in Satin Black Metallic, paired with curved Vitradual fascias and Stryum's Shadow 160 Bright Pine woodgrain finish. Custom detailing allows the fascia to return neatly behind the soffit, creating a seamless transition that’s often sought by architects working with curved forms.

PROJECT SHOWCASE // Residential Eating Disorder Centre, Charlestown NSW
Genesis Rustik installed on the Residential Eating Disorder Centre (REDC) in Charlestown complements the calm, considered facade. Named Baiyangbaiyaang, an Aboriginal word meaning butterfly, the two-storey facility is the first publicly funded residential eating disorder service in NSW. Designed to support individuals aged 16 and over, the 12-bed centre provides evidence-based care within a residential, home-like setting. Genesis in Rustik was selected to support the architecture's welcoming and therapeutic intent, contributing warmth, texture and durability to the external envelope.
