His advice in life is to always say hello to someone, it could change the direction of their day.
Out side work, Hayden enjoys spending time with his beautiful family. He likes travelling, mountain bike riding, or just enjoying time with friends. Having recovered from a number of serious injuries, he values how precious time is and chasing opportunities!

Managing director
Rory is Seven Facades other leader. With over 17 years in the trade industry, He enjoys being onsite working with the boys when the opportunity arises.
As some of you may be aware, he’s no stranger to the gym - a squat a day keeps the doctor away.
Rory has a busy schedule outside of work with his two active kids. He loves spending time with them caravanning and being outdoors. After his wife Alana, golf & rugby are his other great loves

We are seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join our growing facade and roofing company on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
◾️About the Role
You will assist with preparing cost estimates, reviewing drawings, and supporting project pricing for residential and commercial facade and roofing works.
◾️Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and take-offs
Review plans, specifications, and tender documents
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
Support senior estimators with project submissions
Maintain accurate records of estimates and pricing data
◾️Requirements
Interest in construction, roofing, or facade systems
Basic understanding of construction drawings (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Excel or similar tools
◾️What We Offer
