We are looking for a Tech & Transfer Manager with strong leadership skills, team management experience, and exceptional knowledge in post-production workflows & deliverables.
The Tech & Transfer Manager will be responsible for a small, technically skilled Transfer team and will report into Senior Management. This role will involve the day-to-day management of the team, the efficient running of the studios with respect to the technical requirements of every project, and to trouble-shoot issues from a workflow perspective. The Tech & Transfer Manager will also work closely with the Technical Director to ensure all technical capabilities and plans are implemented and maintained on a regular basis.
Things that you’ll need • Strong alignment with our core values. • At least three years’ experience in a post-production machine room. • Strong people skills and experience in managing a team. • A desire to progress as a manager in a technical studio environment.

James joined the B Corp-certified studio as a runner in 2013 and has since risen through the ranks, becoming a Sound Designer in 2020. Over the years, he has played a key role in delivering acclaimed work for agencies and global brands including Coca-Cola, BBC, Volkswagen, Channel 4, Apple and PlayStation.
Known for his creative instinct, collaborative approach and attention to craft, James has become an integral part of the Factory team, helping shape projects across advertising, branded content and immersive storytelling.
