I’m so excited to debut this video. Ever since I started studying herbalism - flower essences and their therapeutic properties have spoken to me deeply. They are an incredible tool for healing, and are appropriate for everyone of all ages including your furry friends.
Grateful to have worked with @frank__theodore on this project. I’m a flower essence practitioner and certified herbalist (finishing my clinical course at @twinstartribe this fall). In my world, we often have to translate for the plants - to help bring their healing properties to the people. Essences operate on the highest vibrations, and can be profound for balancing + moving through emotional states.

Coming up on our 5 year anniversary of Exalted Alchemy so thought it was due time for a lil re-introduction
I’m Jess and I’m the founder and clinical herbalist behind Exalted Alchemy. I personally formulate each product with intention, love and care - choosing each plant and ingredient to best support the synergistic point where the physical, mental and spiritual body intersects
I’ve always been a wellness girly - fascinated by how different plants, vitamins, energies, treatments etc can work with the body to heal and create a more integrated experience.
I’m certified in yoga, reiki and flower essence therapy + + have additional training in NADA acupuncture, astrology and sound healing. I poured the first candle for Exalted Alchemy on the Sagittarius New Moon in 2019 - at that same time I developed our first product, now the cult classic ‘charmed’ face oil.

I’m a sucker for a good show. The more seasons and episodes, the better. Right now I’m watching Buffy and I’m verrrrry invested. I love getting new nail art and I would def win the award for most photos in my camera roll.
I’m have a Virgo stellium, but my Aquarius rising and Leo Mercury balance things out 👽 I love a good martini. I’m a native New Yorker, but I’ve also lived in Colorado, Maine, Italy and Spain.
My current skincare routine is meteor shower, Ylang Ylang toner and liquid gold face oil. My favorite candles of ours are truth, growth, cosmic kiss, and guardian angel.
In addition to Exalted Alchemy, I also facilitate community building and event production (@dreamvalleylife + @rivervalleyguild )

A clinical herbalist and wellness practitioner, Jess brings a deeply holistic perspective rooted in herbalism, astrology, and energy healing. Through her brand, @exaltedalchemy , she creates intentional, small-batch products designed to support moments of connection, balance, and everyday ritual—each one handcrafted with care in New York’s Hudson Valley.
Since founding Exalted Alchemy in 2019, Jess has expanded her creative vision to launch River Valley Guild, a collaborative creative community, and Dream Valley, an event production agency. Her work has been recognized by Hudson Valley Magazine, naming her one of the region’s most influential businesswomen, and she continues to play an active role in the nonprofit space, serving as National Marketing Director for the @herbsocietyofamerica and on the advisory board for Hudson Valley Sustainable Fashion Week.
