In light of the beloved Bobby's passing I'd just like to express my Gratitude for having the fortune of being able to discover and experience this music and culture. It has become a major part of my life in the past decade, and made me more open minded, enabled discovery, and forged and strengthened friendships. Bobby lived an exemplary life, always stood up for what's right, and is likely the human that has played the most music to the most people in the history of mankind.
From going to their first ever @deadandcompany show in Albany in 2015 - barely knowing a single song - to now traveling across the country to the mind blowing Sphere shows, and all the Bonnaroo, NYC, and Philly shows in between.
This is inevitably the end of the founding generation of the Grateful Dead, however, the best and most unique thing about them is that the music was designed to be passed down and endure through generations, centuries after the original members are long gone. The spotlight now shifts to the next generation to carry the torch on.
Thank you specifically to @johnmayer for exposing me to this incredible and infinite universe. My thoughts go out to him and the greater @gratefuldead family.

2025 was JAM packed. Filled with trips for best friends, family, beautiful weddings, and countless phenomenal shows all around the country, including New Orleans, Austin, Vegas (twice), Bonnaroo/Tennessee, Maine, North Carolina, and Rhode Island, and all the usual local adventures in Jersey and NYC. It included another glorious Super Bowl win (Go Birds 🦅). Moved in with the lovely @skylerroo into an incredible apartment. I even got to interview one of my favorite bands (@goosetheband ) in addition to the usual photography of my favorite artists. Our non-profit (@totemfnd ) has experienced nothing but growth, support, and success.
Once again, thank you to all the wonderful people surrounding me for these killer times.

Simply phenomenal time dancing in the desert (and at Taco Bell) with truly the greatest artists of multiple generations. What a beautiful experience at @risefestival and in Vegas with excellent company.

About a week ago, the Bonnaroo Community was dealt yet another heartbreaker. The year round dedication, planning, and investment felt all for naught. However with about a weeks worth of perspective, our 4-5 days on the farm would give most people's year a run for their money. Within those couple days, we had a mini music festival, put up a non profit booth in Centeroo, put up a ~100 person campsite with a full bar, multiple live podcasts, brewery party, a Wiffleball game, rainy dance party, a wedding, a fashion show, a parade, and even a Daft Punk Confirmed concert - in addition to the official weirdo festival programming.
It's become frustratingly cliche lately, but this year has reinforced that this is absolutely nothing without beautiful and resilient people that keep this thang going.
