@highground_jiujitsu hosted Heath Pedigo this weekend for a two-day seminar totaling over seven hours of amazing instruction.
Heath took his time breaking down every detail, answering questions, and making sure everyone walked away better than they came in.
This turned out to be one of my favorite seminars to date - the level of care, detail, and passion he brought to the mats was incredible.
