Lawrence Convention Center we are hosting3x PA State Champ, 3x NCAA D1 Champ, and UFC BJJ vet Jason Nolf for a seminar and live training sessions from 10-11:30am. Hybrid BJJ and Wrestling Open Mat to follow. Seminar is $40/person and the Open Mat is FREE to attend! There will be a kids and adults BJJ mats as well as kids and adults wrestling mat with open training on each mat! WE ARE STILL GIVING OUT THE JASON NOLF OUTSTANDING WRESTLER AWARD AND MATCH OF DAY AWARD. So come and throw down in our open mat after the seminar!
