What a year to celebrate! We’re feeling incredibly grateful for the clients, friends, and agency partners we get to collaborate with. Last week, we attended the ACE Awards hosted by @adclubedm and were honoured to receive recognition for some of the work we’ve poured so much into this past year. Grateful, excited, and proud of the people who made it all possible.

To round out the @work_wild identity, and better connect with younger students, we built a library of custom illustrations to support the brand across ongoing touchpoints: lesson plans, social content, and pretty much any communication that needs to feel clear, cohesive, inviting. A huge part of this project was overhauling the @work_wild website. The goal: build a more interactive experience that helps students figure out which area of forestry fits them best based on a personality profile. Those profiles are: The Explorer, The Investigator, The Communicator, and The Builder. The Work Wild team has been using these for years to help guide students toward real career paths and we brought them to life in a way that’s easy and fun to explore. 2/3 — Team: @themetagency @adrianwatzke2.0 @coldbrewcreative_ @introv.art

New work ✨🌲 At the start of 2025, we kicked things off with @albertaforests to rebrand @work_wild —an initiative opening doors to forestry careers and real employment opportunities, especially for high school students stepping into post-secondary life. We started with research, surveys, and strategy before getting to the creative. What we learned: this is a career option that (literally) grows beyond the trees and it actually respects work-life balance. Lots of love. Lots of labour. 2025 was our busiest year yet and we couldn’t be more grateful. So here’s a quick round up of what we’ve done. We created brand identities, motion design, recruitment campaigns, message series, illustration, social campaigns, a puzzle, merch, print, packaging and labels. Shoutout to our contractors (friends really 🫶), vendors, and clients for showing up, sweating the details with us, and trusting the process. You’re the reason 2025 hit different. Catch y’all in 2026 🍾
