Raidyn was brought in by his mom in July 2024 looking for options after being advised by an orthopedist to use a hip/leg brace due to femoral anteversion, influencing an excessive anterior pelvic tilt. Raidyn had trouble running and found lateral movements challenging; always ending up with pain after physical activity. Raidyn completed 30 FP sessions with @claudia.e.ponce @fp.merced and during that time his gait sequencing improved significantly. Developing better pelvic stability, improved sequencing of hip and knee during swing phase, and demonstrated more coordinated foot placement during stance. Raidyn’s overall gait mechanics became more efficient and is now able to run without foot or ankle pain; he performs dynamic movements, including lateral transitions, with much greater ease and control. Before: July 2024 ❌Scapular dyskinesis ❌Thoracic Kyphosis ❌Anterior Pelvic Tilt ❌Spinal Lordosis ❌Femoral anteversion (hip/leg brace advised by orthopedist) ❌Knee Valgus ❌Lack of intrabdominal pressure ❌(R) hip shift/hike ❌Excessive foot pronation ❌Ankle and foot pain level 5/6 out of 10 while walking/running ❌Gait: unstable pelvis, knee After: Jan.2025 ✅Improved scapular positioning & mobility ✅Improved thoracic kyphosis ✅Neutral pelvic positioning ✅Improved spinal alignment ✅Improved femoral positioning (No brace used) ✅Improved knee alignment ✅Reduced foot pronation ✅Ankle & foot pain eliminated. Can walk/run without pain ✅Gait: improved pelvic stability & knee positioning, better sequencing #functionalpatterns #fpisthestandard #posture #biomechanics #projectfunction sprinting fascia footpain scapularstability spinehealth

Repost @theleverking “When it comes to building strength and helping people move without pain, nobody does it better. Our recent HBS1 course at @projectfunction.vegas is now complete. More people are ready to provide themselves and their clients the best training and rehab in the world. This group pushed themselves to new levels and even got to try out our new @vectortrainer . These courses are already sold out into 2026, and things are only looking up from here. If you want to stay up to date on all things course-related, make sure to follow @fp.certified .” #functionalpatterns #functionaltraining #fpcertified #fascia #biomechanics #fitness #health #functionaltraining #movement #workout #strength #training #exercise #mobility #fitfam #fitnessmotivation #physicaltherapy #wellness #functional #functionalmedicine #functionalstrength #fitlife #rehabilitation #posture #selfcare

Chequea la evidencia en @fp.evidence Reshared from @theleverking “Most people think movement is just muscles firing. The reality is, every step you take is full of subtle perturbations, small shifts through your muscles and fascia. In a dysfunctional system, that fluidity disappears. Joints lock up, tissues stiffen, and the body slowly ossifies. In a functional system, those same perturbations turn into recoil and balance. The joints play off one another, energy transfers cleanly, and walking or running feels fluid instead of forced. We’ve helped thousands of people around the world overcome postural and movement ossification by restoring this fluidity in their bodies. You can see countless examples of this transformation at @fp.evidence This is the difference we train for. Helping your body build and sustain strength through movement so it adapts instead of breaking down. . . #functionalpatterns #functionaltraining #biomechanics #fascia #sprinting #projectfunction
