This journey has been a wild ride in many respects, but honestly I’m finding the beauty of this phase of life and business is really leaning fully in to who God created me to be—which lucky for me, aligns seamlessly with the work that I do. The desire to create beautiful spaces where people can truly connect, has been a part of me for as long as I can remember...certainly before it was “a thing”. Sure it requires a practical skill set, but it’s a deeper work than just making things look pretty or effortless. It’s a focus on how people feel...during the planning process...at the event...and as they sit with all the memories afterwards. It’s genuine and it’s warm, it’s focused and intentional...it’s people first....everybody always.

S+M’s welcome dinner brought their engagement story to life.
The couple got engaged during sundowner cocktails on safari in Africa—so we brought that golden-hour magic to their opening night. (IYKYK! ✨) The Ground’s stunning Stillwater venue gave us the perfect canvas: historic brick walls, a candlelit garden, and that warm, intimate atmosphere we were dreaming of.
We layered in weathered leather table runners, antiqued gold candleholders, natural greenery in organic arrangements, and a playful touch—each table named after animal groups with custom placecard holders.
Intimate, intentional, and unmistakably them. The perfect way to gather their favorite people.
