Global day of action! On the call of @officialrezapahlavi we gathered with 250 000 Iranians in Munich on 14th of February to tell our brothers and sisters in Iran that we are all a part of the same body, the same being. Our beloved Motherland. And we will not be silent as long as they live under the brutal Islamic regime. Kinda crazy that its 10 years (today) since Supervention was released at the Norwegian cinemas. Sometimes everything comes together, and the release of #Supervention was really one of those moments. 10 years of experience making ski films, of countless trails and errors, fun, high ambitions, and a crew of good friends both in front and behind the camera, made this dream a reality. Everyone contributing, putting in blood, sweat and tears for two years. They all made this into a film that I’m super proud of being a part of. And a film that was able to fulfill it’s simple, but maybe not easy, goal: To make you want to go out and ski, ride and have fun! It was a balancing act to try to make a skifilm that could entertain even “your mother”, but still be «core» enough for the die hard ski fans. Judging by the amount of people who watched it, and the reviews from everyone all ages and backgrounds, we’re humble and grateful to belive we succeeded! That’s worth a celebration post, and to remember a film that definitely changed our lives, and hopefully also had an impact on others! Cheers to everyone involved: all the rider, the crew, those who helped out on all the locations we visited - and everyone involved in the post production process. New work for @hellyhansen featuring The Norwegian Peoples Aid and Squamish Search and Rescue, with production company Field Productions and agency Grey London It was an honour to tell the story of two humble and passionate search and rescue volunteers, Monika Loevenmark @monikaloevenmark and Ole Martin Jacobsen Heløy @olehel6 . Search and rescue groups are the unsung heroes of the mountains, who spend their time helping others and making sure the mountains are safer for everyone. Thank you everyone at @norskfolkehjelp and their group in Meløy, and to @ssarteam for the time and effort you put into this film. Helly Hansen x NSF A pleasure to work for Helly Hansen with the Norwegian Alpine Ski team and Aleksander Aamodt Kilde with agency Grey. Stoked for the whole team to put this together! Definitely not easy to plan and execute a sunset ski race shoot in Narvik, during an intense competition week under the National Championships. Not the most comfortable shoot for the riders, with freezing temps and high wind. Their first time skiing a race course during sunset (you early shredders!), and the first real shoot for @skyproductions heavy lift FPV drone. Stoked that it all worked out! Memorable moment where a fun interview with Aleks that I think exceed both our expectations. We even got the opening shot envisioned by @fillaboss . Crazy FPV maneuver pulled off by @skyproduction and focus puller @sveinungryan with the Wave high speed camera. Memorable moment is the 40 min of sun we got through the clouds during sunset, that made us running around like headless chickens shooting the end scene. Work with Pulse Communications for Infinitum and the deposit system for cans and bottles in Norway. 92% of every can and bottle is recycled in Norway (the worlds highest rating), and together with Olympic Champion and World Record holder in 400m hurdles Karsten Warholm we are going for a new world record in depositing. This was an exciting project because we didn’t know who would meet us behind every door. But the surprise effect gave us authentic emotions and feelings to the message. Karsten was a great improviser and his humor and spontaneity gave us two fun days of shooting in his home town of Ulsteinvik. Great to work with you on this one @jpaarskog ! We shot this in pouring rain during some intense days in Ulsteinvik. Thanks to the whole crew, Pulse Com, Infinitum, Kristine Haddal and Leif Olav Alnes. AKSEL - FEAUTRE DOC - 2021 Filip never stopped following Aksel after we finished Supervention 2 in 2016. And the journey didn’t stop until Aksel retired 3 years later, at the World Championship in Åre in 2019. Our longest post-production process ever, editing for 1,5 year. Another crazy project, 5 years in the making with the goal of making a cinematic and unique portrait of Aksel Lund Svindal, his family and the ski team around him. Cinema release fall 2021. SUPERVENTION 2 by @fieldprod Our last ski documentary released in Norwegian cinemas in 2016. 280 days of shooting over 2 years. 2 crews working in parallel constantly chasing conditions and weather. Everyone giving it a 150%, resulting in some crazy adventures, a cinema success and a big burnout for myself 😅 Thank you universe for letting us experience the joy of expressing ourselves. Both artistic, physical and mentally. Since the first ski/snowboard movie I made back in 2002, this film kinda marked the end of an era of action sport films for me, and my career as a freeskier. So grateful for all the fun, lessons learned and crazy adventures skiing has brought me! Mastered in 4K and Dolby Atmos for cinema. Two seasons of VGTV behind the scenes series was also produced. Directed by me and @fillaboss , with co-directors @jpaarskog and @lassenyhaugen To all the riders, filmer, crew, sponsorers, musicians and postproduction workers - another great team victory! SUPERVENTION by @fieldprod Crazy to think back that this film is almost 10 years old. About time to post the trailer on instagram… This whole film was truly a team victory. A crazy energy over 2 years went into this project, together with 10 years of experience skiing, shooting and directing ski films. Released in cinemas in Norway in 2013, and to everyones surprise rolled for 10 weeks and broke barriers for action sport documentaries in the cinemas in Norway. Produced by the one and only @fillaboss Directed by me and Filip, together with @lassenyhaugen and @jpaarskog . Too many people participated on this production, from all the riders to the crew, helpers, musicians, postproduction and sponsors. You know who you are! A dream come true making this film. So grateful to be a part of it!

Work for Urkraft and Møllerens with Pulse Communications, featuring @asbjorn_eggebo and @leifhaugen . (Swipe for Leif) Released fall 2020. Shooting and directing a commercials like this is exciting, because you can’ t plan and script everything. For it to be authentic and personal we had to let the camera roll to get the magic moments. That’s also how they could tell the story in his own words. It is inspiring to meet people like Asbjørn and Leif, who is both professional athletes, fathers and with a deep passion and love for the outdoors. Add to the fact that oatmeal was something they already eat every morning – it was hard to tell the difference if this was a documenta­ry or a commercial shoot. Although it’s never easy to balance an authentic portrait while still delivering a commercial message, it’s always a fun challenge. Big thanks to the whole team for the great effort! And good luck on the upcoming season to both Asbjørn and Leif!
