I had the absolute pleasure of working with @terrycrews for the latest issue of @nobleman magazine. I’ve always been a fan, but after getting to spend the day with him, Terry has to be one of my favorite people I’ve ever worked with. He has this aura of happiness that surrounds him, where you can’t help but be lifted by his presence. His humility was so refreshing and I felt like I learned so much about life from him even with our short time together. Great attitude, amazing perspective on life, and inspiring story, to say the least! Y’all know I’ve been helping to fight the good fight of supporting the American Made movement for a number of years, and I’m continually grateful for the people I get to meet along the way working to build our country back up from a tumultuous few decades. Last year, I had the pleasure of swinging by @ciardullo_cattle_co to meet Josh Ciardullo and connect about his regenerative ranch in Loveland, CO, and why he chooses to support American Made companies, like @deviumusa I love my job and I love that I get to support MY fellow americans chase their dreams through my work and storytelling. As I wrap up 6 days on the road filming with my friends, I’m reminded to cherish these moments, because what we get to see, hear, share, are special moments that not everyone gets to enjoy, so its our job to share it with everyone, and do our best to convey that feeling. Sometimes it’s hard to not become jaded and think that these experiences are normal - so it takes active engagement to remember that what we get to do and see for work is special, like taking someones dream car for a spin to film it, spending more intimate time with it than some owners do, or hanging out with a bona fide cowboy and watching him do his thing in the beautiful hills of Colorado. Grateful, is all I can be. Here’s a short story from an adventure last year that I think you’ll enjoy.

Stoked to finish off 2024 shooting with @fromwherever.co for @astonmartin & @theinterluxegroup at home in Malibu and Laguna. This new 707 DBX sure looks perfect cruising down PCH too, doesn’t it? My friend @ajbleyer called me up and asked if I wanted to drive up to Vanderberg Space Force base for a mid-night launch of the Minuteman ICBM Tuesday night - a rocket capable of hitting mach26! I had never been to a launch before and this one was pretty special! While my job today is primarily behind a camera, few know that my bachelors is actually in Astrophysics - one day dreaming of seeing Earth from space - and even with my Aunt & Uncle both working at @nasa for decades, I’d never been to a launch before! On the drive up, I was telling AJ about having to do the calculus rocket equations in college and how it was wild to watch the math as each stage of a rocket ejects. We arrived in the pitch dark and fumbled around asking if anyone knew where the launch site was. “Heading two nine eight if you’ve got your compass” - both of us decided to risk the one shot we had at a photo on getting a long exposure, and I decided I’d opt for the even riskier shot - portrait orientation. As my dad says: “Sometimes, even a blind squirrel finds a nut” Such an amazing experience! Proud of what my friend is up to, and super grateful for moments like this with my friends. #rocketlaunch #spaceforce #vanderberg
