12 years ago, I scraped together what I could to attend @nabshow , hoping to find inspiration. Instead, it nearly broke me. I didn’t understand the tech, and couldn’t imagine ever being able to afford it. I left Vegas intimidated, with my imposter syndrome at an all-time high.
This year, I walked those same halls with my footage playing on screens and my words featured on walls. I spoke on panels alongside incredibly talented filmmakers, led workshops, and reconnected with friends at every turn. It was such full-circle experience.
It’s easy to focus on what’s next or what we lack… but it’s just as important to step back and recognize how far we’ve come. Give yourself credit for the progress.
It matters.
I’m forever grateful to everyone who took a chance on an eager kid, and helped me turn this dream into a career. Remember to pay it forward for the next kind starting out on their journey.

2025 was the craziest year of my life and it isn’t even close
It was a year of extremes. Supercars and fighter jets. Love gained and love lost. Black tie Hollywood galas, military special operations, delivering a TED Talk, and directing one of the biggest commercials of my career.
Every year feels impossible to top, but 2025 was an adventure beyond anything I could ever imagine.
Grateful for the people, opportunities, and lessons. Thanks for following along. Here’s to the next chapter, see you in 2026 🥂

It’s truly such an honor to be invited by @adobe to share my creative workflow on stage to thousands of people at their biggest conference of the year. I’ve been a professional artist for over a decade, but the younger version of me, who learned Photoshop one YouTube tutorial at a time, can’t stop pinching himself.
Grateful for the chance to do what I love every day, and to be an ambassador for the gold standard in creative software. Excited to share where creativity is heading next.
