What makes Devium different? Rather than selling you the idea of Americana, we embody it. Most other brands will sell you a hat or tee that’s inspired by the American West, but when you look at the tag inside it will say “Made in China”. That never sat well with us.
We are 100% American Made. We go the extra mile by supporting Mom and Pop manufacturers all across this beautiful country. From fabric mills in North Carolina all the way to artisan sew houses in California, we put our money where our mouth is. Every dollar you spend with us helps support small business in the most unexpected places. You can be confident knowing that every part of our process requires American hands that are paid properly while having comfortable and safe work environments. That includes fabric suppliers, mills, zipper makers, button makers, label makers, and the sewing process itself. We believe in doing it all right here at home because WE CAN 🇺🇸🇺🇸
We are American Made to our core. We scour the country for the best fabrics, zippers, labels, thread, and sew houses - it ain’t easy. Some of our suppliers have been around for generations with nobody next in line to hand them down to because the market has been dwindling over the last 50 years. Our goal is to play a small part in creating a market for more of these businesses to thrive for years to come.
It’s not some rah rah bullshit about being the best at everything - it’s mostly about supporting the dreams of our friends and neighbors and NOT supporting the disgusting labor practices that happen overseas. We used to make some really rad stuff in this country, and we’re doing our best to help bring that back one piece of clothing at a time 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Today marks 10 years of Devium USA - when we started this journey, we really had no idea where it would take us. All we knew is that we wanted to do our small part in helping to bring back American clothing manufacturing. We knew we didn’t want to support overseas fast fashion, but we honestly had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. 10 years later we’re still learning hard lessons and enjoying the relationships that we’ve built along the way - with fabric suppliers, button makers, label makers, zipper manufacturers, and artisan sew houses all across this great country from California to North Carolina.
What we didn’t expect is the outpouring of support from you - our unreal customers who put their money where their mouth is. You’ve stuck your neck out for us and given us a chance to prove that American made ain’t dead. You’ve given us the chance to live our dreams of delivering high quality goods that are built to last a lifetime. There’s no way to thank you all enough!
