So proud of this film and the heart put into the moments of every scene. There is something so special about the work done with @justinchon - every childhood trauma and experience of being Asian in this country is released as we heal through the screen and behind the scenes. Oh just over here meeting my childhood hero- I am loving the AAPI representation in Hollywood. My nieces get to watch people who look like themselves in animation and tv on a daily basis. Back in the day @michellewkwan was one of the few thriving Asians on the screen. And getting to work with her on an upcoming AAPI project fulfills all my childhood dreams.
