The day @andrewripp@ethanhulse and I wrote “This Holy Moment” I was showing them a video I’d saved from the last trip I ever took to the beach with my parents before losing my dad to cancer. I was inspired and encouraged by my friend @marcscibilia , who also lost his dad to cancer, to take lots of videos and pictures, knowing I’d treasure these moments forever. God has used the most painful and sad moments of my life to show me more of his goodness. I can’t explain it, but I’m grateful. He’s always good.
