This is our largest 6 meter dome set up in the hall at Glenealy School @esfglenealy . Such a great space to put us. We always welcome some PE mats to make it comfy for the students to sit on. A Discovery Dome visit brings units of enquiry alive. We are a fantastic provocation at the start of a unit or great at the end to tie together ideas. We encourage questions. We had so much fun yesterday at the fabulous Glenealy School @esfglenealy We love a mixed day where we saw two different year groups, Year 3 were learning about body systems and watched our fantastic new 4K resolution show ‘ The Mysteries of the brain’ it’s the perfect addition to this unit of enquiry. We also saw Year 5 who watched a cool space themed presentation. In smaller schools it’s great to maximise our visit to your school by putting two year groups together. It’s far more cost efficient for you. We don’t just teach about space! We have loads of other cool stuff too. What an incredible fusion of spirit and skill at our Primary Cheerleading Showdown! 🎉 We were so excited to see primary students from ESF Glenealy School, ESF Quarry Bay School, and ESF Kennedy School come together for an unforgettable day of workshop and performance. Glenealy kicked off their cheer program three years ago to encourage artistic sports, and it’s amazing to see how it’s grown with other primary schools now joining in! On June 18th, these talented students collaborated beautifully on a special combined routine, showcasing the dynamic blend of athleticism and artistry that cheerleading embodies! A massive shout-out to national coach Izzy Jose and national cheerleaders Sarah Wallace and Diana Tse for their brilliant choreography and for inspiring our young athletes. At our recent ESF Primary Esports Scrimmage, the RCHK Red Door Centre buzzed with energy as five ESF primary schools stepped into the arena, ready to prove their skills! Well done to the 7 primary schools who took part in the HKPSSA Island Schools Racket Sports Tournament on Friday! Kennedy School welcomed @dbisint.school , @cishk @esfglenealy @esfqbs , @kellett_sport @kellettschool , @gsishk School to our premises and neighbouring HKU to compete in mixed doubles teams for tennis, pickleball and table tennis. Many thanks also to the Year 10 students from @wis_hk who helped us run the event!
