What a day at ESB Science Blast Belfast! 🔬✨
We were delighted to welcome students, educators, and curious minds from across Ireland to ICC Belfast, our venue partner, for a day full of creativity, exploration, and STEM fun.
A big thank you to @theesbgroup for their continued support in bringing this incredible event to life, including their fantastic ESB stands which helped bring STEM learning to the forefront.
From innovative projects to hands-on exhibits, the energy across the hall was incredible. Schools showcased their ideas while engaging with leading organisations, including @nispaceorg & David Fearon, @marblearchcaves , @kainossoftware , @armaghspace , @w5belfast , @northernirelandwater , @matrix_ni and @nifrsofficial .
ESB Science Blast continues to inspire the next generation of thinkers, with over 100,000 students taking part since the programme began. Encouraging curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking every step of the way.

As World Autism Month comes to a close, we reflect đź’™
At ESB Science Blast, inclusion is at the core of everything we do. We’ve continued to work with a range of partners, including @asiamireland and @tiltingthelens to introduce practical supports across our events such as quiet spaces, @asdireland 's mobile sensory room, visual guides, sensory supports, and clearer signage.
Earlier in March, to kick off ESB Science Blast Dublin, the RDS was proud to host The Power of Inclusion panel with ESB, featuring leading voices in education and inclusion, as part of our wider commitment to making STEM more accessible for every child.
These initiatives are about ensuring more young people can take part in a way that works for them - this month and beyond.
