Located on the park, the interface has been considered maximising the space available, instead of providing private open space within the site, it was decided to incorporate a deck for entertaining with a plunge pool with direct access to the park via a rear gate for each Villa as the park becomes their own backyard. Instead of the typical timber or block fence, the intent is to invite the rear park into the space allowing the rear to feel much larger in volume with privacy controlled with window furnishings on the interior. Another major feature was to invite the canopy of the park gum trees into the interior with a high level window acting as a halo to the upper level lounge space overlooking the park.
