Today is the Wolf moon. The first full moon of 2024. Thank you too my soul sister @mamalittlewolf creating a sanctuary for these magnificent misunderstood creatures @wolfmtnsanctuary wolves are imperative to the ecosystem. If you need proof, ask scientists, or look at what happened when they started wrongfully hunting them in Colorado. The animals stopped migrating, and the Colorado river redirected into Bombay Beach, creating a lake in the desert, which definitely doesn’t belong once the scientist urge the government to stop rewarding people for the kill , everything went back to the way it was meant to be. Often people justify killing a wolf saying that they kill farmers cattle, but wolves only killed the weak in the sick. And of course, Hollywood hasn’t done them any favors often depicting them as dangerous. Meanwhile, in reality, they’re the most intuitive and intelligent, wise, loyal creatures you could ever meet. Moon wolf moon, people could hear the wolves, howling at the moon in the cold during this time more than ever. Astrologically it’s also the Leo which of course representative of the Lion another Apex predator from a different domain. These two creatures do not exist in the same territories, as they are the leaders of both their own. Energetically it’s a perfect time to harness their intuitive, courageous strength and leadership skills for your own desires of creativity or areas where you need to be stronger or need to just simply walk away. This is Energie is a great time to focus on your creativity, and bring forth your inner child., with the safety of your adult, self being the protector. Simply put focus on the things that you desire and you can accelerate quickly during this time, but also be mindful of where you may need to do some work. I hope it’s the most year yet for all of us, and I pray that this courageous creative time will also be the end of war . 🐺 I’ve written this now several times, and Instagram keeps deleting it, so we’ll see if this one sticks. I guess it’s reminding me of the wolves and the lions tenacity.

2/2/22 is powerful magical, rare.. but 2 weeks+2 days ago today I talked to my bday twin friend of 18 years for the very last time, so it doesn’t seem magical but I hope the veil is lifted more so we can be more connected. Just 1 more day he was starting TMS at UCLA. In 1 day, he could maybe stop suffering. You’re just 1 job away from everything changing, he’d say to artists. Ever supportive, loving and loved back by family, beloved Cole, clients, friends, acquaintances, even strangers, but we didn’t get 1 more, probably because every 1 for decades he was forging through unthinkable pain on a battlefield relentlessly fighting for his peace, just 1 more was thousands already. He knew he was loved, he knew he wasn’t alone, in fact quite the opposite, but he was suffering, and felt bad for feeling sad. He was candid about this, a strong male being honest about depression- a example of his massive strength and inspiring for others to be honest too. He knew he was strong, but even strength, infinite love and success can’t cure depression. He loved us deeply, we loved him back, it was a privilege having him in our lives. I pledge to be more understanding like him. He was the kindest, but suffered no fools, equally loving and tough, fiercely loyal yet had no problem calling you out on your shit. An empath who felt it all, recent talks were about how it was hard to understand how hurtful people can be, we all could be this way, how do we change? Social media hurt maybe more than helped, but we also reminisced of years we had Friday standing dinner at chateau, we didn’t know it at the time but it was medicine fo us all. Community support, love and laughs. We laughed at how often we frequented his bars over the years, another way he created community. These last weeks have many heavily grieving. He experienced so many things he never believed would be possible, and we all got to experience him, but it feels not enough. (Continued👇 if anyone wants to read my ramblings)

To my favorite bunny that there ever was, my beloved gram Carolyn June Vestevich, I miss you everyday but especially today. I’m thankful for the many Easter Sundays we celebrated together and honor every moment we shared. The doctors said we’d lose you in the 90’s but they were wrong, thank God, we got to have you with us till 2022. I love you, I miss you, I would give anything for you to still be here but I know you’re free now and getting your “playboy bunny body back” like requested. Thank you for being such a incredible teacher, I wish I’d been as fearless as you. I will try to be now. And to all; Happy Easter, Happy Passover, Happy Resurrection Day & Happy Spring.. Inspired by her daughter’s desire to have a more aligned education @mana.ojai is here and is an example of what all children could truly thrive in. What a gift to be invited to teach students there. Marco and a renown University have conducted a study with some of his students proving this work is first of all real and more importantly improves their lives as well as their community. 100% of his students see blindfolded with over 33% increase in memory and concentration. Today is @golokatv day! We celebrate our vibrant unicorn and her new year of life! Happiest of the best year yet to my forever sister, fellow mischief maker, reveler, magic manifesting, hardworking hard playing, radiant and always smoke show sexy, one of the best travel partners who I’ve been to multiple counties and continents with and we are always a yes for one another. Through all the highs and lows, mischievous and sometimes delusional moments of our friendship we expand, we grow and we shine. Thank you for always pushing me to be more seen, for throwing away the potato dress, for being such a great roommate in so many hotels around the world, we have done a lot and will do much more with joy and curiosity, awe and wonder, forever dressing up in costumes for any reason and celebrating our favorite holiday Halloween. One of my greatest gifts in life is having @iamfridabrooks as my soul sister in this human experience. It’s something really remarkable and wondrous when you can meet someone and instantly know they are going to be in your life forever and all lifetimes beyond should we get so lucky to come back again. Happy new year of life to my dear @cameroncohenart our travel trio with @lauragriertravel has created some of the most amazing adventures and moments. We have spent more time on airplanes than in LA together - where we live - and I’m forever thankful for that! Our sisterhood was fast and furious, thanks to our beloved @melissajoyzola and this year us most certainly already aligned to be your most epic yet. Thank you for being a great friend, having endless energy, sense of wonder, playfulness, adventure and magic always. And nearly always being a YES. Endlessly grateful for my magical soul sister @chefserenapoon if you only knew the things she does to make our world a better place you’d want to be as close to her forever as you could be. I’m beyond proud of who she is inside and out, the countless healing she brings to us all and the powerhouse of light she exudes benefits this planet and all universes. A few months ago I had the privilege of attending a workshop hosted by @il_giano_di_marco @anna.kolber who my dear @katherynwinnick connected me with. Marco has been training people in mindfulness, yoga, HeartMath, Breathwork, Trauma Release Exercises, Tango ( yes that tango ), and Extraocular Vision (EOV) — perceiving the world with eyes fully covered. Anna began her journey as a filmmaker and is now also an intuition teacher. Both have been supporting children and adults in tapping into the natural gifts we all have but many are unaware of. Myself, my dear friends Aila, Jonathan, Phoenix, Andrea and Knox all experienced what felt like magic this day. In a sense an awakening of our inner knowing with deeper clarity, more open hearts and in a playful joyful way. Kids and adults played games all afternoon while reveling in what truly felt impossible so many times. Aila and I were able to telepath a message to one another, the kiddos Knox Phoenix as well as us adults all were able to see without our eyes. Even more incredible was the clarity, peace and bliss we all felt after which latest for many weeks. The exercises helped us all find safety in our bodies, certainty in our hearts and minds, and childlike wonder which boosted our serotonin and more.
