A few months ago I had the privilege of attending a workshop hosted by
@il_giano_di_marco @anna.kolber who my dear
@katherynwinnick connected me with.
Marco has been training people in mindfulness, yoga, HeartMath, Breathwork, Trauma Release Exercises, Tango ( yes that tango ), and Extraocular Vision (EOV) — perceiving the world with eyes fully covered. Anna began her journey as a filmmaker and is now also an intuition teacher. Both have been supporting children and adults in tapping into the natural gifts we all have but many are unaware of. Myself, my dear friends Aila, Jonathan, Phoenix, Andrea and Knox all experienced what felt like magic this day. In a sense an awakening of our inner knowing with deeper clarity, more open hearts and in a playful joyful way. Kids and adults played games all afternoon while reveling in what truly felt impossible so many times. Aila and I were able to telepath a message to one another, the kiddos Knox Phoenix as well as us adults all were able to see without our eyes. Even more incredible was the clarity, peace and bliss we all felt after which latest for many weeks. The exercises helped us all find safety in our bodies, certainty in our hearts and minds, and childlike wonder which boosted our serotonin and more.
