This is your First Contact
Started the year in Puerto Rico, one of the best trips I’ve ever had. That time set something off in me. I’ve been leaning into sobriety more, and it’s been good. Clearer, more present. But I’ve also been spending a lot more time alone, which is new for me.
I can’t believe it’s already April. Time feels like it’s speeding up while I’m trying to slow down.
On the work side, I’ve been applying for more mural opportunities, but nothing big yet. So here I am again, in that familiar position of having to create my own opportunities. And honestly that’s always been the real path anyway.
I live to express what I feel through my art. That doesn’t change just because the opportunities don’t show up right away. Gonna start getting out of the house more. Showing up for my friends cuz at the end of the day I don’t do this alone. I depend on the people who support me, and I don’t take that lightly. Luv y’all. 👽
