A little intro for anyone new here! I've been sharing my work for years, but I realized I've never shared my journey so far šøā¤ļø
Sometimes you need to take a step back and appreciate the journey that brought you here š
Proud to celebrate the upcoming release of Ghost Elephants, directed by @wernerherzogofficial . The film follows the extraordinary journey of @drsteveboyes and a team of expert trackers as they worked to uncover the mystery of the ghost elephants in Angolaās sacred highlands.
At the end of 2024, I embarked on what has been the most incredible journey of my life⦠one that blended exploration, science, and tradition as we moved through Angola in search of answers.
Thank you @vos_films and @drsteveboyes for trusting me as a cinematographer on this project. Iām ecstatic that the world will finally get to see this story!
Huge thanks to the entire team @arielleonisacovitch@_kerllencosta for the incredible experience
My deepest thanks to everyone who played a part in making this journey possible. It began with a formative workshop in Botswana with @greatspineofafrica & @afrisos , where I had the privilege of learning from mentors @vos_films and @jiganatra , who elevated both my perspective and craft to new heights.
Grateful for every opportunity that has come my way, and for all that is still to unfold. I could never have imagined this path⦠and Iām grateful to be here!
Hereās a few snaps from the behind the scenes, courtesy of @vos_films !

Your life is your life. Know it while you have it.
āThe Laughing Heartā by Charles Bukowski, a poem that strikes a chord within my heart. Reflecting the fragility of life, while exploring hope, and the endless possibility weaved into existence.
While death is inevitable, life is a continuous process of finding light and beating ādeath in lifeā.Ā Thought Iād match the words with some beautiful visuals š„ā¤ļø

A little story about my journey to becoming a cinematographer š„ā¤ļø
Shoutout to everyone who helped me see clearly along the path! šÆ Weāre still pushing!
This has got to be one of my favorite ways to film wildlife!
Maybe one day weāll get to try out the big rigs š¤
Shot at Lewa Conservancy, while staying with @sirikoilodge
The morning mist led us to the Rekero pride once again, their fur stained by the black cotton mud. Creating such a deep contrast with their fiery eyes. The most rolled over until 8am, it felt like we had found our way to another world.

In the Mara I found life in its most unfiltered state.
Somewhere in between the migrations, the giants and the mystical encounters with big cats, I learned to embrace all the waves that come with life, and left knowing myself a little better.

There are places that remind you what freedom actually feels like. Places that bring back the sense of wonder from childhood.
Thousands of acres of private wilderness, rocky kopjes pushing up from the earth, nothing between you and the sky.
@enasoit is one of those places.
A few days old, and already the world is asking something of it. Unsteady legs, new ground, the weight of a whole life still ahead. There is nothing quite like witnessing the very beginning⦠before experience, before instinct fully kicks in, before any of it makes sense.
A reminder that everything great in life starts somewhere.
