NEW BAKERY ALERT 🚨 Who remembers Flaky AF?! She now has a storefront along @eastpassyunk called @erbysbakery 🙌🏼 Of course I had to get a pop-tart (#iykyk) 🫐 but I also tried the miso sesame cookie 🍪, the cinnamon roll 🥮, the ramp & ricotta focaccia 🍞, and an iced coffee with strawberry cold foam to wash it all down ☕️. @erbysbakery is soft opening in the south Philly neighborhood and it’s definitely worth checking out. Cinnamon toast croffles, raspberry cheesecake homemade pop tarts, cinnamon buns, and @capheroasters cold brew with sweet cream cold foam!!! Truly a dream bakery for @eastpassyunk and so happy they’re here! Open 9am til sellout Fri, Sat, and Sun. Check them out and let me know what you think! 🥐 ☕️ 🌈

✨ Hello all & Happy Monday! ✨ PSA 📣 Thank you so much for selling us out this past weekend! It’s been a wild ride trying to keep up — between limited space, limited hands, and learning the flow of a brand‑new shop, we’ve been racking our brains on how to do more with what we have. This tiny new business is businessing! 💖 Right now, Erby’s is very much a family-and-friends operation, and I am forever grateful for every single helper who jumps in whenever they can. Truly, I owe them big time and they know it. 💕 This weekend, I held back a few products because they weren’t up to my standard for various reasons. So if you stopped by looking for something specific, I’m sorry — it probably ended up sacrificed to my personal freezer at home 😂 (you KNOW I’ll still eat it!). I only want to sell what I’m proud of. Quality first, always!✨ All that said… we need hands, y’all! Big day for this teeny bopper tomorrow 🎉 Soft opening time has cometh… and we want to see you there 🫵 8 AM TILL SELLOUT Hi all, I hope this message finds you well🤣 I’m Erika. I’ve spent the last 14 years behind the scenes in Philadelphia kitchens, obsessing over baking and pastry. I’m a big pastry head. I am a bit of an artist as well. That’s why pastry is SO COOL to me. The intersection of science and art 💥 I support humanity, equality and community. So, I had grand plans to launch a full, stacked menu right out the gate. Menus are written, costed, printed, ready. But somehow, after digging out all the ambition, excitement, tears, I’ve STILL only got two hands. And I care too much about the product to rush it. So this weekend, we’re starting strong, yet focused. We will have a small beautiful selection of pastries, fresh salads and caffeinated drinks. Tiny plates and sandwiches are coming soon. Once I find my rhythm in this kitchen and scale prep the way it deserves. Menus will rotate often. Pastries will change constantly. That’s part of the fun. We’ve got an outdoor patio if you’re brave enough for the cold (winterizing is on next year’s glow-up list). Thank you for your patience and understanding!
