Our Vietnamese espresso beans (that we roast in house) are slow dripped through a phin (Vietnamese coffee filter), and it’s sweetened with condensed milk. She’s strong and our day one 🥹🫵🏻
An update for this Saturday, May 16:
Càphê will be closing at 1pm this Saturday. Last call for food will be around 12pm so our kitchen team has time to reset for the following day <3
Promise it’s for a really good reason!!! We’ll see ya back on Sunday 🥹

Named Kensington Kindeng in honor of our home here in Kensington, and Kindeng (the coffee mill) where the coffee is farmed. It’s bright, clean, and perfect for Spring. Think hibiscus and jammy cranberries! 🌺
No matter how you like to brew, it’s delicious either way :)

But you know what? Chef @minh.tran10 ’s Mala-Tăng fries have been one of our fave loaded fries so can’t really blame Frankie this time 😔 They’re spicy, tangy, and one thing about Sichuan peppers - they’re also slightly numbing!
Y’all have also been loving Chef @leo_nguyen_1994 ’s new burger that was inspired by one of his favorite northern Vietnamese dishes, bún chả 🥹
Burgers + fries are a classic combo and we gotta say, pairing these two together is a meal hard to say no to (ask @94.phuckhang for reference bc he literally just ate this for breakfast 🫰🏻)

Inspired by bún chả Hà Nội, a northern Vietnamese classic. In the traditional dish, you’ll get a bowl of delicious fish sauce/broth with chả (pork meatballs/patties), and everything else typically comes on the side like the bún (rice vermicelli) and fresh veggies/herbs. It’s one of those fun noodle dishes where you’d dip the noodles into the broth to eat :)
Chef Leo took a spin on this dish and turned it into this beauty. With a Hà Nội style pork patty, calamansi aioli, red onions, a dressed carrot slaw, fried shallots, a fried egg (ofc), on a sweet potato bun 🤌🏻
And luckily for us, no need to wait to try this because it’s on the menu now 😙

Guava always reminds us of a tropical vacay. It’s fruity, citrusy, and super refreshing for the heat. If you’re in need of a cutie drink and aren’t going on vacay, these guava drinks just might be the things to help 🥹

A lil update before we head into the weekend:
For the time being, we’ll be limiting WiFi usage on the weekends to 2 hours and to 4 hours on the weekdays. We know lots of people travel from afar to check out our little cafe, and there hasn’t been much seating for visitors or locals who want to sit down and enjoy a meal with their families and friends 🥺
We love being able to see you and hang out with y’all, so we hope you understand 🫂💗
