i had such a beautiful time @casachangomexico@sweetretreatsmx back in january with @alexjamesallan and @pj.perryalist (and so many other wonderful rope people). it was exactly the space i needed to recenter and rebuild my relationship with rope. when you've been training the same skills for so long it starts to feel like a slog; wins are few and far between and it's hard to stay in love with the practice. going to mexico helped me find enjoyment on rope again. thank you to everyone involved in this retreat for being supportive and kind and encouraging and wonderful 🧡
