Here’s my take on the video for Mattia Cellotto contest on A Sound Effect.
You don’t always need animal sounds to create creature calls. For example, the main sources you can hear are a deer hunting call for the grunt, and a corrugated pipe which makes a cool tonal sound. Other sources include rubber ball frictions on marble, guttural clicks, injecting air in slime, and many more.

I explored a redesign of the Anvil, one of my favorite weapons in the game.
Since ARC Raiders features weapons built from scavenged parts, I approached the design by emphasizing weight, mechanical movement, and layered metallic textures more than the original.
This was my first attempt at firearm sound design, and it turned into a great learning experience in terms of transient shaping, layering, and low-end control.
Massive respect to Embark Studios for the outstanding sound design work which is truly inspiring.
