After trying a new medication for 15 days my Surgeon and I decided to stop as it wasn’t the right one for me. We talked about other options to try before taking my ovary out but I know my body so well and I knew I shouldn’t be having the pain I’ve had in the past 12 + months. Yesterday on the 5th of March I had a laparoscopy to see if we could find the source of the pain. I was right! My ovary that had been stitched 12 months earlier as it was kinda dangling around in my pelvis and would twist and turn a lot. When they looked at the ovary it was completely stuck. The right ovary has now been removed. 🙌🏼 The best part of this surgery is that I didn’t have any Endo AT ALL!!! 😭 I had said that if there was any Endo it would be very minimal and I wouldn’t have opted for surgery if it hadn’t been for the chronic pain I have been experiencing on my right side. It would get to the point where I could barely walk, stand up or sit down for too long. The experience I had at the hospital was the best I have ever had. All the staff were so caring and kind, my anesthetist was amazing. My surgeon @aprofyazdani was holding my hand and reassuring me that we will get this sorted and make my life better. 🥹 I got to request a song for when I was wheeled into theatre, I chose “are you ready for it?” (Swiftie obvs) We were singing, dancing(well as much as I could while laying on the operating table) and laughing. Then I drifted off to sleep. It was like a pre op concert 👯‍♀️ 🎤 the BEST! I am ready for it! I’m ready to get my life back on track. Knowing we found the reason for the pain is such a weight off my shoulders and I need to repeat, there was NO ENDO anywhere, which also means that my previous surgery was done correctly and all the disease was removed 🙌🏼🥹😭 Look out my friends KB is back 👊🏼 Ps the reason I didn’t share the lead up and everything that was happening in live time was because like many of you I started to doubt myself, was the pain all in my head? Was it just stress? Or really not that bad? It happens every time but trust your body, you know it better than anyone. Had to do a bowel prep, that’s why I’m in a nappy in the first pic 😂 #endo

Not an anniversary or birthday, maybe just the emotions running wild after my 12th Endo op 😵‍💫🥹 23 years together, 23 years since I was diagnosed with endo. We don’t talk enough about the impact endo has on our loved ones, watching on and feeling helpless. Knowing they would do anything to take away the pain, whether it’s a husband, partner, parent, child, family member or friend. If you are one of those people, thank you for making things a little less heavy 🫶🏻 Is there anything I can get you? Is there anything I can do? It’s a simple questions that usually results in, I’m ok or a block of chocolate would be good 😂 For me a hug in silence, speaks a thousand words and always makes me feel better 🫂 Oh and a good cry. I appreciate you JB, my husband and best mate ❤️ @jonathan16brown

I met Tim when I started Clinical Hypnotherapy, I had no idea of what he had been through. But me being me, when I heard his story and although I was there for my own health I couldn’t not share my heat belt with him. The reaction on Tim’s face when he started feeling the heat was something I will never forget, thank you for allowing me to try my product on you. I know first hand how frustrating it is when people day have you tried this, have you done this? To see first hand relief come to life was too hard to put into words. There’s something special about people who have been through painful traumatic experiences, we all want to help others and I am forever grateful for the people that my disease has bought into my life ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Another week of empty promises. We have been educating and learning how to manage endo by ourselves for decades and guess what? We have survived 100% of our worst days! Who or where do you go to for accurate up to date information?

Lately if feel like I can’t get on a role with anything, I feel like I’m always rushing. This audio came up on here and I’m taking this as my sign stop to breathe. 🧘🏻‍♀️
