Exciting news today - we are now offering some gorgeous mushroom themed T-shirts!
We first commissioned our friend Aaron, a member of
@endlessvisual , to do this design over 2 years ago and we’d almost finished a design when we had to shelve the project due to a lack of funds and time. So we’re buzzing to now have the T-shirts in our hands!
The design is inspired by the crucial roles fungi play in ecology, from recycling nutrients from dead matter back into the earth, to allowing trees to ‘talk’ to each other through mycorrhizal networks - depicted as the webbed lines you can see on the tee. In the crowd there’s a mixture of wild mushrooms and ones that we cultivate at the YME farm. And of course beaming down from above is the glorious Yorkshire Sun Rose.
The tees are screen printed by
