JR Nats 26 - 1st place 🥇 2023 - 4th 2024 - 3rd 2025 - 2nd 2026 - 1st This has been years in the making. Been chasing the national title ever since I started powerlifting. I'm a prime example of how results don't come in months. They're built over years of hard work and consistency. Even though the total wasn't what I wanted I'm going to take some time to reflect on and appreciate, what I have achieved and continue to strive for greater things. This wouldn't be possible without the incredible team I have around me. Huge thank you to @adam_odyssey as always for all his effort over all these years working together. He's the best man for the job and I have no doubt of the things that we will achieve together. Thank you to all the lads in @bestbodygym1 for their continued support and for being the best friends I could ask for. Thank you to @ellahendricken for being the loving and supporting girlfriend that she is and helping me on this journey to greatness. And the newest addition to the team @jaynekate_ . An incredible person who went above and beyond with my nutrition and helping me make weight. I'm extremely grateful for the people I have around me and also to everyone who has messaged me this week and in the last few months telling me how I motivate them to try harder in their own training. These messages mean more to me than you can imagine. Also thank you to @powerliftingboi for the sick edit as always. Excited to get back to training 😁

Costa Rica World Championships '25 🇨🇷 Had an incredible time at my first world championships. -3.5kg on my best total but considering the squat prep we had I'll take it as a win 😁, 10th in the world on bench with a 400lb bench is crazy cause I would of never considered bench my best lift 😭. Delighted to finally pull 300kg in competition as well. Been too long. Thank you to everyone on my team who helped me throughout this prep, @adam_odyssey @ben_odyssey @odysseystrength @cremedel_lacreme and @_lawrenceking for the game day handling All the boys in @bestbodygym1 Mo ghrá @ellahendricken Everyone in my temporary home in the Netherlands @eliteperformancetilburg @sbd.ireland for providing the kit and photos @whitelightsmedia.intl for the photos I'd also like to give a huge thank you to everyone who contributed to my GoFundMe by either donating or sharing. Without everyone this wouldn't of been possible and I am beyond grateful. Thank you. We did the best I could on the day and hopefully will be able to improve from this at euros 🙂

Euros 25' - 775, +14 kg total PR Overall satisfied with the comp. Went as close to RPE 10 on the day as I could of 😭. Second squat was an unexpected grind and was considering to call it there with how it went but so glad I was able to send it for a PB on the third and somehow find that extra strength to be able to secure the third attempt. Bench press was a weird one cause I thought I was on for a PB but after not being able to find any grip on the carpet on the second attempt retook it on the third and again was absolute top end for the day. Deadlifts I think really showed up today. My back was so cooked from squats and 70kg all the way to 305kg felt the exact same. The work I've put in since Nats on my grip is really starting to show and I'm really happy with where my deads are technically at this point. Really excited to see how much more I can add for Nats. So many people to thank. Even though powerlifting is an individual sport I would not be where I am without the team around me. I've the best group of people in @adam_odyssey @odysseystrenght @shaniaradke_ @ellahendricken and the entirety of @bestbodygym1 around me. Thank you to @arthx_o for the game day handling. Was a pleasure to share this day with you. Thank you to @sbd.ireland for providing the best singlet in the game and thank you to @akra.ie for the beautiful team tracksuit and thanks to @irishpowerliftingfederation I'd also like to thank everyone with all the kind messages and words that have been said to me. This prep I received an incredible amount of messages of how I've inspired so many people and their training and just knowing that what I do has helped others reminds me of how much I love this sport. Also thanks to @rdecoach for the hilarious commentary 😭

September open Recap Going 6/9 Emmet managed to still finish with a 10kg PB and in a close battle for 2nd just lost out on body weight finishing 3rd in the u93kg class During squats Emmet struggled with a case of toostrongitis and lost balance on his second attempt leading to a conservative third attempt with many more kilos left in the tank. Bench Press Emmet finished with a huge 145kg after narrowly missing his third. Deadlifts Emmet finished with a huge 252.5kg pull adding 12.5kg from his Jr nats third. This weekend also marks a year since Emmet started with me. In that year we've done 3 comps together including Jr nationals and we've also added 67.5kg to his total showing significant progress. Can't wait to see how far he can go. Extremely proud. Roll on Jr Nats '26 DM me for coaching ✉️

JR NATS 25' - 761KG - 56kg PR - 2nd Place Squat - 288.5kg - 38.5kg PR - (National record for 60 seconds) Bench - 175kg - 15kg PR Deadlift - 297.5kg - 2.5kg PR Couldn't have hoped for a better day. We came in and executed exactly what we came to do. Apart from a skill issue on deads. Unfortunately it wasn't enough for the win but I will come back even stronger next time. Big plans for the future. Thank you to the mastermind behind it all @adam_odyssey none of this would be possible without him and I know together we will go further then others even think are possible. Next I have to thank every single person in @bestbodygym1 I have so much love for these boys and without them I wouldn't be where I am today. Thank you to @ellahendricken for always being by my side and being my biggest supporter. Thank you to @irishpowerliftingfederation and all the volunteers for an incredible competition. Lastly congratulations to @phoenix_w.t ,no better man to win. What an absolute pleasure to compete with you, can't wait to run it back 😁
