“Water//Canyon” Acrylic, Glass, Wood, Paint, Resin 20” x 20” x 3” 2025 $850 “As for [people], those myriad little detached ponds with their own swarming, corpuscular life, what were they but a way that water has of going about beyond the reach of rivers? I, too, was a microcosm of pouring rivulets and floating driftwood gnawed by the mysterious animalcules of my own creation. I was 3/4ths water, rising and subsiding, according to the hollow, knocking in my veins: a minute pulse, like the eternal pulse that lifts the Himalayas, and which, and the following systole, will carry them away.” -Immense Journey, Loren Eiseley While on this trip we stayed in Kanab, UT. I learned while there that the infamous buttes in that town are the very same ones in our classic westerns. Truly immersed in the diagrams of earth layers, and the rich textures that come from each eon. this trip had many many things to touch, and feel and investigate. #utah #butte #landscape #sculptor #sculptress #fineart #river #canyon #water #art #gallery #glass #sand #environment

This group exhibition, Art City, @prismartspace envisioned by @hoodie_sacramento celebrates Sacramento as a city where art is a core value and essential to our civic identity. My work “Invisible Neighbors” challenges our daily perspective, the scale of our problems, and the intimacy of our solutions. On the card along with a map reads: “To open ones eyes and heart to the very life that makes up our city, to take up the brave work of feeling in a world that asks us to look on- This work invites you to search the surrounding blocks of Sacramento looking for your invisible neighbors. From the critters, squirrels, and birds who keep our city of trees alive, to the people who call our public spaces home; we are apart of a ecology larger than we imagine. There are unseen worlds at your feet, nests above your head, and infrastructure in every walk. Use this map to find the hidden magic of a world that is happening all around you. Discover the precious moments and hidden nooks that offer shelter and gratitude in even the smallest of ways.” ****** I invite you all to enjoy a community conversation at prism tonight. Flyer is the last slide. Did you get an art city coin from @hoodie_sacramento yet? I wouldn’t miss it- and catch @loveinmotion916 immersive installation.

“River//Path” Acrylic, Glass, Wood, Paint 20” x 20” x 3” 2025 $850 “ I ignored the sky, then began to concentrate on the sandstone walls that had led me into this place. It was tight and tricky work, but that cut was a perfect cross-section through perhaps 10 million years of time.” -‘Immense Journey” by Loren Eiseley This strange and foreign landscape that towers above and below you, and the true silence at the bottom of a slot canyon. I found my soul marked by my recent trip to Utah and all the lovely parks within
. From Bryce Canyon, to Zion, to Grand Staircase and Pink Sand dunes. I spent my childhood driving to National Parks all over the US. When I was little I thought they all felt a little too similar, as an adult I feel a deep and wide sense of awe and gratefulness that I had a chance to grow up alongside the astounding planetary life we hold dear. This new work came out as if it were a simple sigh as I returned to my daily turn and toil. It felt natural to create these, making with textures and having access to lasers again feels very good. More soon xoxo

TÉKHNĒ is a multidisciplinary, multi-sensory art exhibition including over 20 internationally acclaimed regional artists, hosted at the historic Panama Pottery factory. Now know as @panama.art.factory it’s is home to decommissioned behive kilns, and lively art studios. The original features of this site have become dialouge for the theme of this exhibition: TĂ©khnē, the original etymological root of the word technology-can be translated to “art” “skill” or “craft.” For this exhibition TĂ©khnē represents “the art of doing” or “process as technology.” Exhibiting artists: @tait.takai @alma.designstu @melissauroff @wheeler_cb @josedigregorioart @tanerpasamehmetoglu @matthewflores_co @tessgallagher @chuckinthecenter @antoniapricefriedman @thatonenicole @blkvang0gh @hightech_lowlife @_kyle.jaynes @eccentric.behavior @omonivie @syndeticpaint @gravyboatboy @arc.isms @rurevel @folkloren_ Thank you to @saccityarts Creative Growth Fellowship for providing this curatorial opportunity, resources are everything to an artists work! #groupexhibition #ceramics #artexhibition #installationart #sculpture

“Where are we going?” Book of Impressions Ember de Boer full color, bound book 2026 Featuring a series of brand new collage works, this book accompanies the recent solo exhibition I completed at @yoloartsca Gallery 625 in March. Each collage is a rumination on the climate, waters importance, and the personal anxiety I have around sustainability and the choices humans are making with the environment. The typed pages align with physical works in the exhibition, and collage works in the book. I make it a point to include literature and context with every exhibition I do. ———————— These are only a few of the pages, the book is an available for purchase. It includes print-quality images of the work in the exhibition and a certificate of authenticity and an artist signature. —————— #art #sculpture #climateaction #impressions #watercrisis

“Where are we going?” Book of Impressions full color, bound book 2026 Analogue reportings on the ephemeral feelings and important themes surrounding my recent solo exhibition “IMPRESSION//PATH” Typed in stream of consciousness, directly into the type writer, with no edits, in the two weeks leading up to the exhibition. I felt it only appropriate to include the impressions that follow the inspiration of this work. Beautiful objects created as a product of climate anxiety, and a burning desire to influence the movement of the river of time. This exhibition is centrally focused on rivers, water as life, and the movement that’s carves the landscape around us. Book of Impressions. Selection of pages, pt01 “IMPRESSION//PATH” Gallery 625 @yoloartsca February + March 2026

SACRAMENTO Wood, stain, acrylic pane, broken glass Ember de Boer 2026 This work was a deliberate simplicity. No marked roads, no street lines or infrastructure. Just the outline of the land as marked by us. Negative forms of the shaped landscape. Only the outline. The river. The development. The land. #sacramento #wood #woodriver #woodstain #sculptures 🔮SOLD I love when someone comes to my studio and listens to every ounce of detail, and then immediately buys the work. Truly great connection had over this piece. Thank you, off to her new home đŸ–€âœš

AMERICAN RIVER wood, acrylic pane, plaster, green grass, broken glass Ember de Boer 2026 This piece is an exact splice of the American River that I go floating on in the summer. Being able to walk to and from such a gorgeous location is a privilege I don’t take lightly. Rooted in my deep love of all Sacramento has to offer; ice cold water on those ripe 100/+ degree days is one of my favorite places. Rich green like the vegetation around the river, and textured in a way that reminds me of how the trails flood when the river is high and the vernal pools turn into wildflowers. You’ll find me at the river this summer- #americanriver #sacramento #riverfloat #sculpture #river 🔮SOLD - I got to see this one hanging up at the collectors house, and truly made my heart sing seeing it in its forever home đŸ–€

WELL//WATER Sacramento municipal well water map, wood, acrylic pane, paint, broken glass Ember de Boer 2026 Do you know where your water comes from? Are you sure the tap will come on tomorrow? If they turned your water off, what would you do? This exhibition IMPRESSION//PATH is rooted in a deep anxiety for our environment, and for our future. This map made me realize very, very few of us have any idea who, and what controls our most vital life-giving resource. #river #waterislife #sculpture #map #water
