Radical self-leadership is the missing link in most transformation journeys. You can have the perfect training split, macros dialed in, and the best coaching support—but if you outsource your discipline, your motivation, or your standards… the results won’t stick. Radical self-leadership means: Taking ownership of your decisions before your coach checks in. Following through on your commitments especially when no one is watching. Holding yourself to a higher standard—not out of pressure, but from self-respect. The truth? Your physique will only evolve as far as your identity does. And that identity is shaped by how you lead yourself—daily, relentlessly, and intentionally. Start acting like the person who already has the result you want. The body will follow. Tag a coach or client who lives this.👊🏻 📸: @paulbuceta 💄: @monicakalra Coach: @jeanjacquesbarrett #throwbackto2022 #tscathlete #twwbabe #growthmindset #radicalselfleadership #ownyourjourney #empoweryourself #selfintegrity

Bucket list goal: CHECK! I finally competed in my first powerlifting meet—and what an unforgettable experience! This moment has been a long time coming. I actually signed up for my first meet back in 2017, but injuries got in the way. Then came motherhood—three pregnancies back-to-back—and I put this dream on pause. Last year, I decided it was time to chase it again. Fast forward to today: I went 9 for 9 on my lifts and had the time of my life! Meet Recap: • Weight class: 57kg (weighed in at 56kg) • Squat: 77.5kg (170.5lbs) • Bench: 52.5kg (115.5lbs) – PB! • Deadlift: 105kg (231lbs) – PB! Shoutouts to the dream team: • Coach @jeanjacquesbarrett – your expert guidance made all the difference • My #1 supporter and personal handler—aka Mr. Hubby • My sister & amazing friends—thank you for making the time to be present, and for the ones watching the kiddos so I could lift with peace of mind. Tremendously grateful for the support from my people near and far🫶🏻 • @kaceybaines and @beefandbabypowder – thank you for organizing such a seamless, high-energy event • And huge love to the volunteers—your hard work didn’t go unnoticed! Today was an absolute blast, and it’s just the beginning. I’m already fired up for the next one—and ready to set new goals. Here’s to more dreams realized and more plates lifted! #powerliftingmeet #womenwholifts #twwbabes #tscathlete #grateful

Highlights from this weekend (part 1)— and I’m not just talking about the photos. Meeting my @thewonderwomenofficial online athletes in person reminded me what this journey is truly about. The connection, the support, the love, the camaraderie. Watching women who once only knew each other through a screen laugh together, share stories, hype each other up, and build genuine friendships… it meant everything. This community is built on growing alongside one another. No competition. No comparison. Just women rising together, supporting each other every step of the way. My heart is so full. 🫶🏼 Special visit from athlete @hill_bridge showing up just to cheer for her teammates🥹 📸: @paulbuceta 💄: @lorifabrizio #risingtogether #twwbabes #proudcoach

Just wrapped up an unforgettable weekend photoshoot with some of my incredible athletes and women from @thewonderwomenofficial community, captured by the talented @paulbuceta at his studio in Mississauga. 🤍 And truthfully… I’m still emotional thinking about it. These photoshoots are about so much more than getting beautiful photos or documenting physical transformations. They’re about celebrating the journey. The woman behind the progress. The battles no one sees. The moments they wanted to give up but chose to keep showing up anyway. Every single woman who stepped in front of that camera this weekend has a story. A story of growth, resilience, healing, discipline, sacrifice, and becoming. Some travelled from different parts of the world to be here. Some had fears and insecurities to overcome just to say yes to this experience. And I do not take that lightly. As a coach, getting to witness these women grow into themselves is one of the greatest honors of my life. To watch them begin to see in themselves what I’ve seen in them all along… there are no words for that feeling. I am so deeply proud of each and every woman who showed up this weekend — not just for the photoshoot, but for themselves. For continuing to choose themselves every single day, even when it’s hard. The journey is still unfolding, but this weekend was a reminder to pause and celebrate just how far they’ve already come. 🤍 Thank you Paul and Lori for not only creating beautiful photos, but for creating such an unforgettable experience for all of us. 📸: @paulbuceta 💄: @lorifabrizio Athletes: @paulinehuen @lab_tested_fitness @anivaleri.beauty @arlene.fit @_crafty_kat_ @push.pull.eat_mo @justmemayda @theshannoncrotty #twwbabes

I’ve been obsessed with this recipe lately, so I had to share 🤭 I originally saw it on IG but couldn’t find the video again to credit the creator. I’ve been having this 2x a day on my low-carb days because it’s SO filling and easy. Also… don’t mind the mess in the back 🤷🏻‍♀️ IG can show real life too 😂 Start by peeling your sweet potato, then use the peeler to make thin slices for the “wrap.” Chop your omelet toppings — I used red onion, spinach, and light mozzarella 🧀 Heat a lightly greased pan over low-medium heat (I love using butter). Layer the sweet potato slices to cover the pan and let them cook covered for about 1 minute. Pour in the egg whites, add your toppings, then cover again and cook for another 3–4 minutes, depending on your stove heat. And voilà ✨ Add salt to taste and you’ve got a filling, sweet + savory low-carb meal! Macros for this serving: 25.6P | 19.6C | 7.5F Ingredients: • 90g sweet potato • 10g red onion • 20g spinach • 34g light mozzarella • 130g egg whites • 3g butter for cooking Enjoy 💛 Adjust the ingredients however you need to fit your macros! If you try it, let me know what toppings you use ! #twwbabes #flexibledieting #womenwholifts #sweetpotatolover

I used to avoid bag work and shadowboxing because I didn’t want to look silly. I was too caught up in other people’s opinions. The truth? I was the one holding myself back. That fear cost me years of practice—I’d be a lot further as a kickboxer today if I’d just shown up anyways. “You don’t become a black belt without first earning your blue belt”. You’ve got to put in the reps, look awkward, and grow through it. So here I am—still feeling a little silly sometimes- and cringing when I see these videos… but my drive to improve is finally bigger than my fear of looking bad. Where in your life are you holding back because of judgment? What is this costing you? Forget that. You’re not free if you’re living based on other people’s opinions. Forge forward. Don’t let the fear of other’s opinions stop you from pursuing your goals. That’s where real freedom begins. This past weekend, I had the privilege of learning from @barbellrehab . We dove into methods for coaching and modifying barbell lifts for individuals dealing with pain and mobility limitations. Far too often, people with minor or chronic aches are told to “just stop lifting” or that “surgery is your best option.” While surgery can absolutely be necessary in some cases, there are often many effective approaches to explore first—ones that can keep you moving and out of the gym for far less time. I’m excited to apply these tools and principles to help athletes train around pain, build resilience, and continue living strong and healthy lives. Huge thank you to @derick_barbellrehab for sharing your knowledge—and for the inspiring story of managing chronic back pain for years while becoming a national powerlifting champion💪🏼. And a very special shoutout to my star husband for holding it down at home with our three little ones so I could fully focus and learn. Your support means everything and makes all of this possible ❤️ #neverstoplearning

Some dreams don’t look like you imagined them… they feel even better🥹 Training side by side—me with my coach, my son with his—both of us learning, pushing, and growing in kickboxing together. This moment feels bigger than the sport. It’s everything I’ve always hoped for… sharing the same passion, the same discipline, the same love for the athlete’s lifestyle with my children. Watching him fall in love with it in his own way fills me with a kind of pride I can’t even explain. We’re learning together. Growing together. Becoming stronger together. Huge gratitude to our coaches for pouring their time, energy, and knowledge into us. Guiding us, challenging us, and helping us become the best versions of ourselves as fighters 🙏 And let’s be real… it’s only a matter of time before he outgrows me in this sport (his kicks though)😆🥊 Coaches: @aly_elg @amine.bjj95 Team: @trianglenationbjj #kickboxingjourney #dreamcometrue #motherandson #gratefulheart #proudmama

World, meet my incredible athlete Liz (@nitelizard ) Turning 60 this year and truly unstoppable, let me tell you!! Liz joined @thewonderwomenofficial program in March 2024, and her journey is one worth reading. But here’s what I really want you to take away: progress doesn’t happen overnight. This journey may take longer than you expect, but if you stay patient, trust the process, and learn to find joy in it—while working in true partnership with your coach—you’ll be amazed at what’s possible. Over the past 2 years, Liz has: •Lost 27.6 lbs •Dropped 5 inches from her waist & hips • Lost 2.5 inches from her thighs •Reached a strong, healthy 21.4% body fat And most importantly—she’s feeling stronger than ever before 💪 She also went way out of her comfort zone, signing up for her first fitness photoshoot halfway into her process👊🏼 “I started with TWW in March 2024 and the journey has been truly transformational. I’d never struggled with weight until perimenopause—then suddenly nothing I knew about diet and exercise worked. I tried other programs, but kept hitting plateaus or gaining weight back. I felt frustrated, hopeless, and didn’t recognize myself anymore. Then I was paired with my coach, Nancy Tang—and everything changed. From day one, her belief in me gave me belief in myself. I lost close to 23 lbs on my first cut. After attending my first TWW retreat, I pushed past my fears, graduated to Barbells and learned how to safely lift heavier—something I never imagined doing. With Nancy’s guidance, I’ve improved my form, built real strength, and recently leaned out even more. I even worked up to unassisted pull-ups—heck yes! Now, almost 2 years later, I feel stronger and more confident than I have in a decade. It’s no longer just progress—it’s a lifestyle. I finally feel like myself again, and it feels so good to be seen ❤️ Nancy has been incredible every step of the way—supportive, knowledgeable, and always pushing me to be better. It’s truly been a partnership.” This is what consistency, trust, and resilience look like. So proud of you, Liz. Honoured to work with you. Your journey is just getting started 🔥

This past week reminded me of something I never want to forget… magic is real—but only if we stay open enough to see it ✨ Here are my top 10 reminders from this experience: • When we let ourselves be truly present, we start to notice the gifts that were there all along
• Real connection happens when we drop the armor—when we choose openness and vulnerability over protection
• We are far more alike than we are different
• When women come together, powerful, life-shifting things happen
• Every single one of us already has what we need within us to reach our goals
• When gratitude expands, our quality of life expands with it
• Service is a gift—the act of giving and contributing fills the soul in ways nothing else can And a few more I’m taking with me: • Growth doesn’t happen in comfort—it happens when we gently lean into the unknown
• Your energy matters—how you show up can change someone else’s entire experience
• It’s never too late to become the version of yourself you’ve been dreaming about Don’t stop looking at the stars with wonder.
Look for magic in the smallest moments.
And most importantly—believe in your own ability to create a life that feels like magic. 📸: @valerias.evolution 😘 #twwbabes #believeinmagic #youaremagic #tulumnights
