Yesterday we brought together three of my favourite worlds — fashion, art and wellbeing.
We hosted a lunch with press and leading voices from gastronomy, art and the creative scene at
@palomospain ‘s atelier in Madrid to talk about the philosophy of
@buchingerwilhelmi . At first they might seem like very different worlds, but in reality they share the same spirit: lifestyle, intention and a mindful way of living.
One of the conversations that resonated most, especially as we are enjoying
@feriaarco in Madrid this week, was the impact fasting can have on creativity. It’s one of the reasons why so many people from the creative world visit Buchinger Wilhelmi — to disconnect, reset the mind and return with a renewed sense of clarity and inspiration, as my dear
@alejandrogomezpalomo recently did and shared with all of us.
Fasting at
@buchingerwilhelmi is not about losing weight or eating something boring for a few days. It’s about changing rhythm, reconnecting with yourself and discovering a way of living that stays with you long after you leave. It becomes part of your lifestyle — just like fashion.
And gastronomy, interestingly, plays a bigger role in that journey than many people imagine. Over the years the clinic has developed a thoughtful culinary philosophy where flavour, sustainability and health come together — showing that wellbeing doesn’t have to mean restriction, but can also be refined, inspiring and deeply enjoyable.
Very proud to represent a place that has had such a profound impact on the wellbeing of so many people, myself included. Thank you.
