Lagos Fashion Week continues to prove that sustainability isn’t a “new” concept for us; it’s our ancestral language. At Woven Threads VII, this year’s theme, CRAFTED, served as a reminder that fashion at its best is a bridge between our history and our future
The intricate weaves, the intentional dyes, and the slow pace of making are reimagined for a modern world by these brilliant designers (here and everywhere)
I left this edition at Megister with renewed commitment to create more responsibly and also maintain a circular wardrobe. The future is bright, beautifully handmade. I would know this!
Two Saturdays ago at Moromoke & Steele LaTouche- Coichy’s wedding 😍
@sheilashittu got me together for my amazing uncle’s daughter’s wedding last minute. She had my fitting done the night before we traveled - finishing up in my living room super late.
Also, I had a virtual measurement done and my final look came together well. Thank you Sheila! Please patronize her, her attention to details and great work is commendable. Also, pay her what she deserves.😘
This is also a thank you to my fashion designer friends, I know disturbing you last minute is annoying but you love me & I promise to take pictures to post in appreciation 😅
Congratulations guys, God bless your home ❤️
My aunty @adekemiking turned 60th at an intimate birthday party surrounded by her amazing kids, family and close friends at her home in Ibadan recently and it was beautiful
I celebrate you my darling aunty turned mama bear, love, role model and everything beautiful. I’m grateful we got to plan a birthday you loved so much
We love you aunty and here’s to more beautiful memories ❤️
Thank you to everyone involved in planning, execution and in every way

So excited to share my story in Harness Magazine!
It’s wild to look back on my journey: from lifestyle editor at @pulsenigeria247 to starting a little blog (that, let’s be real, got a little out of hand 😂) and growing it into @fashionandco_ng after getting a ‘name lift’ from my dearest @codewithtolu.ai , to now developing our sustainable arm, @fashionandcoeco . It’s been a ride!
I loved getting to share my thoughts on:
The incredible talent coming out of Nigeria & Africa, the creativity is unmatched! Staying stubbornly true to my vision, no matter what. The real talk about the fashion industry – the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Mental health and learning to generally navigate it all
Thank you, Genesis, Harness Magazine & @harnesscommunity for the feature and for creating such an empowering space! 💖
