2 years ago I took on 10 weeks of learning Muay Thai, 8 of those weeks being a fight camp @thewhitecollarfightclub
It’s cool what can begin to click, even with only a couple of months of consistency…determination & discipline ofc and, importantly, a lot of fun. From arms and legs all over the place, to learning some steps to a new dance. thank you friends who helped me along the way 🥹🥊
I’m leaving the fighting part in 2024, but the experience certainly opened another new door ☺️
