“an elegy for a friend”, a film about grief and living with the loneliness that quietly lingers, but also the importance in allowing solace and support in others. Writing this script for the past two years has filled me with so much catharsis and it finally feels right to tell this story now. This film is dedicated to the friends and family lost throughout the unforgiving years and especially for my childhood friend that we’ve lost almost three years ago today. I love you. While there’s still so much delicate work to do with pre production and casting before we can bring this film to life, it’s such a privilege to have @charlizediazdeleon as my lead as well as the trust in my dear friend @shreeyuhhhh to be my producer. I look forward to sharing more in the coming months. Thank you for being here, supporting me and my art. ♥︎

“Without You, Life Goes On” is now on YouTube! My first written & directed short film we wrapped production on a year ago. This project will always have a special place in my heart for solidifying my love for directing and I’ve learned so much since this one. I’m excited to share the other shorts in post in the last year, but it feels right to first upload this film to YouTube on its almost year anniversary. This film wouldn’t be possible without the friends whom I’m forever grateful to and the amazing talent and love they’ve put into it. back in november with @chanceejune . from our week at our home away from home visiting the central coast again. a roadtrip that was both cathartic and unforgettable with my friend & mother earth. as always, until next time.

We recently filmed a proof of concept for my short film we’ll be campaigning for, “Elegy”, a script I’ve been working on since four years ago when we lost my friend. “Elegy” is a film about the grief and lonelienss that comes from that loss but also the everlasting love they leave behind to the friends and family long after they’re gone. I wrote this film as a dedication to him and all the love ones we’ve lost as life goes on. With how delicate and personal this story has been to me, I’ve sat on and rewrote this script countless of times before it was ready but recently, coming into the new year, it finaly feels right bringing this story to life now. I’m forever grateful to the friends who’s been by my side during this journey, listening with love and patience as “Elegy” was in development but I’m especially grateful to @shreeyuhhhh , my incredible friend for helping me bring “Elegy” to life and also @charlizediazdeleon , an amazing actress and dear friend who’ll be the lead in this story as Elise and who stood by me since I’ve shared this script with her a year ago. I can’t wait to start campaigning for this film soon in the coming month but also to build my team with the right people as we bring this beautiful story to life.
