Didn’t get a chance to post this yesterday, but I had the opportunity to direct one of the micro video for “$omebody Loves Me” for @champagnepapi x @partynextdoor thanks to my bro @tyler.henry for the plug! Def a fun experience! 🙏🏽 I had originally pitched a concept centered around going to Miami and being able to surprise the models we would use in the video with an actual FaceTime call or a video message from PND or Drake but unfortunately due to scheduling we where not able to get access to a video from them, so while already spending half the budget to travel to Miami we had to think quick and pivot to something different but yet keep the authentic feel of capturing something real. Lucky we found @p.playbunny thanks to E - Mills ! And I just want to give a big big thank you to Lala for being so welcoming to me and my team! I wrote this thinking about time and how I’ve been feeling. always chasing the next gig, the next project always just trying to stay busy. But in all that rushing, I forget to appreciate the little things. We like to think we have control over our own time, but really, that’s just an illusion we’ve created.
