This Wednesday morning at 7am @andsoulsanctuary in Shoreditch, @ecstaticdance.uk are bringing our beloved practice to their state of the art Saunarium... We did this back in August and it was really fun and powerful. This time we combine that with the sunrise energy to boost you into your best possible midweek day! 🌄
We bring fire with the sauna, and complete with ice with the plunge pools at the end. We have an incredible DJ and Facilitator @kinnth - who loves the dance, meditation and has a wealth of experience in both. @george.phenomenal.grainger shall also be there supporting the event, so you know it's going to be held beautifully 🔥
