Manaprana brings his unique style after decades of turntable experience and a more recent pathway (still several years) of yoga, meditation and classical tantra. Expect a session with soul, and heart.. This is going to be fun! ❤️
Lubo of @cacaosol.uk has lashings of delicious ceremonial cacao for us to boost our dance, and enrich our practice too! From 9:15am ✨

What an epic birthday weekend!
So many people came by to say hello and have some fun! The group grew and shrank and evolved and merged and blended but the vibe remained. I love all of you. Everyone who came n joined and made me feel special.
I’ve got a bunch of beautiful memories and I think I even have learnt to love Abstract Impressionism now I know what it’s all about!

Went to a cave to respect the shiva. Felt especially powerful. Zebras were a bonus. 30 people meditating in a cave was cool.
If I decide to hermit im heading to a cave too. 🧘
This Wednesday morning at 7am @andsoulsanctuary in Shoreditch, @ecstaticdance.uk are bringing our beloved practice to their state of the art Saunarium... We did this back in August and it was really fun and powerful. This time we combine that with the sunrise energy to boost you into your best possible midweek day! 🌄
We bring fire with the sauna, and complete with ice with the plunge pools at the end. We have an incredible DJ and Facilitator @kinnth - who loves the dance, meditation and has a wealth of experience in both. @george.phenomenal.grainger shall also be there supporting the event, so you know it's going to be held beautifully 🔥
