I love coming up with characters for all of my pieces and for this outfit I was imagining it being worn by a beautiful Victorian countess who was lost at sea in a shipwreck, whose ghost you see occasionally emerging from the ocean and walking along the cold and dreary beaches in the UK, luring sailors to their death on the rocks with the light of her chandelier ✨✨✨.
