@circa.devon last night. The location is stunning, the restaurant is contemporary, think Nordic/wild west/Devon cowshed (it'll make sense when you visit). More importantly the menu is creative, dishes curated with the season forfront and with a view to use as little food miles as possible. At one point we saw Rob, climbing up a grassy bank to forage gorse flowers for the pudding (something I failed to get a photo of). As always
@circa.devon delivered big flavours that without hesitation will see you licking your plate and cutlery clean...thank you.
