After taking a plea deal, Kelvin Evans has been sentenced to 2 years in prison.
Evans was accused of stealing unreleased Beyoncé music back in 2025 during one of the Cowboy Carter tour stops in Atlanta. According to accounts, Evans broke into the vehicle of one of Beyoncé’s choreographer and took several suitcases and hard drives containing the music.
Neither of the items were ever recovered.
