This record is surrounded by a theme of bringing things closer to where we come from while still continuing to push forward the way you’ve known us to. It was tough for us to sit on these songs for so long while we toured PV. We really wanted you all to have the moments and experiences with each record the way you deserve. Some of you might remember Nightjar from that set or the demos we passed out - we can’t wait to hear y’all sing with us this next time around.
Like most people, our perspective on home, music, and life has constantly shifted. When it came time to make the first music video, it was obvious we needed to do it in Virginia Beach; where we started this whole journey that has taken us further than we ever dreamed. We hope you enjoy this as much as we enjoyed making it.
Thanks for being Down On Earth with Turnover after all these years. We love you all and can’t wait to share the rest of the record with you soon.
