For anyone paying attention, this has been the plain and obvious truth for at least a year, while the governments position has been “no ‑ we’re not exporting F35 parts to Israel, that would be a really bad thing to do” all the while knowing that they definitely were. Like, are there no consequence for this? Australia is directly supporting the G,za gen0cide with weapons parts, logistically through Pine Gap, politically, and financially through the money we’re paying for “submarines” (lol) and Albo and Wong are just going to get keep being in charge and not put in jail? We need a general strike yesterday. For Gaza, for Climate Change, for Rent and House Prices, against our media propogandists, for Land Back, for the end to the fuxking police, for an end to AUKUS, against the WW3 they’re obviously pushing for, for our trans siblings, for the welfare of the unemployed, and against the low wages of all those who do the actual work, and we need to KEEP striking until the whole fucking apparatus collapses and every single person in charge now has had their power wrenched away from their grubby grasp and they’re left to clean streets like the Emperor Puyi. Got a show with my chordless quartet coming up featuring Carlo Barbaro (@carlobarbaromusic ) Tenor and Tom Lee on Bass. Thursday July 3rd, 8pm at @uptown_jazz_cafe playing the music of some of my favourite bass‑drums‑trumpet‑saxophone bands from jazz history. Mostly 1960's‑to the early 2000's kinda stuff.
