The @graystudio01 Space 80 Cyber Armor is a dream to type on with the spring gasket with wave springs. It’s refreshing to have some RGB back on the desk - this board does a great job with the RGB diffusion!
The @unikeyboardsofficial HMX KD200 Linear Switch is one of most clacky switch in the film series featuring similar material specs to the HMX Cheese switches! What build should we put these switches in?
The @machina.syd Overture R2 is an absolute beauty! I’m really liking the transparent keycaps and side caps on this build. I’ve yet to try an HE keyboard and very surprised with how well acoustically it sounds - sound test coming soon!
The @baionlenja Gehirn has become a staple in my collection! The classic 9 point top mount, 9 degree typing height and low 17.5mm typing angle is a dream to type on! My favorite style of assembly by mounting the two case pieces together with the angled hidden screw system. What more can you ask for?
@machina.syd Overture R2 featuring the Venom HE PCB the gold standard for magnetic switches that supports Rapid Trigger coming soon! A lot of new features and design changes have been done to the R2. Stay tuned for more updates. This board sounds extremely well for a prebuilt!
The @baionlenja Gehirn turned out exactly how I wanted it to with the right sound profile nice and clacky with the classic top mount. The HMX Yogurt switches from @unikeyboardsofficial feature fiberglass blend with Nylon giving that SUPER CLACK! In some areas it’s a bit much because of the Aluminum plate and you might hear some hollowness from the case.
This whole build came together perfectly for the @thegreatrectangle x @rubrehose Jane. Every was worth the wait and I couldn’t be happier. The shine thru caps lock and print screen are super cool to see on GMK sets. The bottom weight has so much machine detail in it that came out flawless.
@graystudio01 kept the soul from R1 but leveled up everything inside—magnetic daughterboard, dedicated LED layer, softer spring gaskets, mirror-finish PVD weights & badge. Super excited to build the new Space 80 and try out the new mounting method!
The @thegreatrectangle x @rubrehose was a wild one to build but it came out amazing! Super happy with how the color of the case went with @gmk_keycaps Rubrehose! The cut outs in the caps lock and print screen keys add for some cool features with the per key rgb lighting on the pcba.
