Hi! Itโs been a while. I hope everyone is well out there. โก
This month is coming to a close, and I didnโt want to let go of my funny personal tradition of clowns in April. There are five one of a kind girls now in the shop, and each comes with a small original drawing. They will be the only Dreaming Clowns until next year. I wanted to work with some light and gentle colors for these, and Iโm so happy with how they turned out. I hope you enjoy them too. May your world be light and gentle as well.

I wanted to let you know that our sweetest, gentlest angel girl Coco has crossed the rainbow bridge to join her best friend Wolfgang.
Coco always had the most grounding and calm presence, and was so quirky and silly and loving. She was tougher than anything, and handled becoming a โtripodโ and her cancer treatments so well. We were moved by her indomitable spirit. Unfortunately she developed a tumor in her other front arm. Lightning struck twice, and we were out of options.
We loved this little bear so dearly, and will miss her more than words can say. She was pure magic, and her loss marks the end of an era. Thank you for sending her so many well-wishes throughout her cancer journey.
All hail the precious traveler.

Hi everyone.
I have news.
At the end of December, our most beautiful and wondrous and precious boy crossed the rainbow bridge.
Old soul, gentle giant, radiant child. He was pure sunlight, and our entire world is dimmer now, without him. He was magic.
Iโm so glad many of you got to meet him in person, and learn how special he is.

Iโve been working on an expansion of one of our earliest Numbskull robots, called Blue Eyes. Iโm imagining all of them as the same being, but on different paths. Butterfly effect and whatnot.
A bit wistful, but Iโve been thinking about one of my favorite quotes, from Cheryl Strayed: โIโll never know, and neither will you, of the life you donโt choose. Weโll only know that whatever that sister life was, it was important and beautiful and not ours. It was the ghost ship that didnโt carry us. Thereโs nothing to do but salute it from the shore.โ

One of my fave Numbskulls so far is one of the earliest, and Iโve been experimenting with using that text across new variations. Iโm almost done, and will share a pic of the final group soon. I think weโll do this the same as last time โ raffle form, long window, chill vibes.
Are there any other Numbskull colorways you would like to see expanded in this way? (Or with any sculpt, really.) Itโs fun to revisit previous work and explore it further. Let me know if you have any ideas.
